Here's how it works.
Pilots create an account and search for a DPE in their area. It will show all DPE's in the area even if they're not using Schedule Flyt.
Pilot's will see a list of Designated Pilot/Medical Examiners and even the DPE's availability and schedule if that DPE has a Schedule Flyt account. You will always be able to find the closest DPE even if they are not using Schedule Flyt. You can request an appointment in as little as 2 clicks.
Once you've requested an appointment, the DPE will be notified and confirm the appointment. It will show all DPE's in the area even if they're not using Schedule Flyt.
What about for Examiners?
Designated pilot examiners/medical examiners can create an account, manage their availability including what days they work, and any specific days they need to exclude from their availability.
